How Quickly Can You Place Staff?
For most requests we can identify qualified candidates within 24 to 48 hours. Emergency placements are handled as a priority.
What Credentials Do Your Staff Hold?
All staff are verified for relevant credentials including licensed social worker licensure at all levels (LSW through LICSW), DSP training, background clearance, and facility-specific requirements.

Do You Handle Payroll And HR For Placed Staff?
Yes — Unity Village handles payroll, scheduling coordination, and HR support for our placed staff so your facility can focus on care.

Does My Insurance Or Waiver Cover The Assessment?
We are enrolled with Minnesota Medicaid waiver programs including CADI, DD, BI, CAC, AC, and MSHO. Contact us to verify your specific coverage.
What does the assessment include?
A full in-home accessibility evaluation, personalized modification recommendations, ADA-compliant documentation, and referral to vetted licensed contractor partners.
How Long Does An Assessment Take?
Most in-home assessments take one to two hours. You will receive a written report within five business days.
