Our story
Born From The Front Lines Of Care
Unity Village Social Services was founded by a Licensed Social Worker who spent years working directly with vulnerable populations — and watching what happens when the system fails them. Time and again, community members who needed support were turned away not because support did not exist, but because they did not fit a narrow set of criteria. The gaps between programs became the places where people fell through.
As our aging population continues to grow, the demand for qualified, compassionate support staff is outpacing supply. Families are navigating complex systems alone. Organizations are struggling to fill shifts and maintain continuity of care. Workers who want to give back to their communities are looking for flexible, meaningful opportunities that fit their lives.
